with an additional seven developments which are scheduled

CONRAD
IN THE INDIAN OCEAN
Conrad
Maldives Rangali Island will be opening after
being rebranded from the Hilton Maldives on
18 December 2007. This expansive resort has
benefited from refurbishment and a number of
initiatives will be introduced to enhance the
guest experience including butler service, a
new luxury motor yacht and personalised guest
arrival experience.

CONRAD
IN THE FAR EAST
In
the Far East, Conrad Hotels & Resorts has
announced that two new hotels are to open. Conrad
Shanghai is scheduled for completion in 2008
and will be at the heart of this vibrant and
fashionable city whilst the Conrad Koh Samui
at the Southwest tip of the island will be a
haven of peace in an idyllic island setting,
scheduled to open in 2009.

to open in 2009, will strengthen Conrad Hotels
& Resorts’ reputation as a major player
in the lucrative Middle Eastern market. Both

districts yet with such relaxing and varied
facilities that they will also appeal to leisure

CONRAD
IN THE AMERICAS
In
the Americas, Conrad Hotels & Resorts' developments
include the Conrad Bimini Resort & Casino
and the Conrad Buenos Aires. Both developments
are in new locations that have not benefited
from the luxury and quality associated with
the Conrad brand. Conrad Bimini will be the
focal point of a new 700-acre waterside village
that will include an 18-hole golf course, marina,
high-end boutiques and fine dining restaurants.
Conrad Buenos Aires will be the brand’s
first managed project in South America and will
be central to the redevelopment of Puerto Madero,
the newly fashionable vicinity of the city.
Both the Conrad Bimini and the Conrad Buenos
Aires are anticipated to open in 2010.
